Our Origins
NatE Hedrick
Nate was born and raised in the greater Lafayette area. He grew up on a farm in Carroll County, where he graduated from Carroll High School. Nate has an engineering degree from Purdue and hasn’t always worked for himself. After working in the corporate world for a well known Fortune 250, he realized he enjoyed the people more than the engineering project challenges, and was excited to branch out to the staffing world over 10 years ago. Nate also believes in the power of helping someone find a career. Having grown up with small town farming roots and doing business on handshakes, when giving someone his word thats what we stick to. He understands the value a stable job brings to a family and a foundational pillar to a stable home life for families. He resides on a mini-farm outside of Lafayette with his wonderful wife and children.
what we believe
our number one goal is to help people.
Every call and connection we make — every professional action we take — is geared towards giving our associates meaningful life and work opportunities. We believe there’s nothing more rewarding then helping someone find a long-term career. That’s why we do what we do.
